Today, many diseases comes in our life. Some diseases are easily cured but others are fatal. Proper nutrition will help us to overcome and avoid this diseases.

The very common and latest disease today was the A(H1N1) virus. This disease is known today because of the danger it brought to us and it is not easily cured. We can get this disease because of dirty environment and no proper nutrition. Nowadays, there are many diseases because of no proper nutrition. We can avoid this diseases if we have proper nutrition, clean environment, regular exercise, and proper hygiene. We cannot get easily sick if we are a healthy individual. We should always clean our sorrounding. We should also have a regular exercise to strenghten our body so that we have the power and energy to face the diseases. Proper hygiene should be practiced to maintain the cleanliness of our body. The most important thing is that we have a proper nutrition. We should eat a balanced diet, eat nutritious food like vegetables and fruits, and drink a plenty of water.We should take good care of ourselves to enjoy our lives.

Life is short so let's make every seconds of our life memorable and enjoyable. We can enjoy this life if we are not experiencing diseases. So let's love and take good care of ourselves.
